What are the dangerous goods?
Dangerous goods ,which is also called as hazardous goods. 
Dangerous Goods Overview:
Chemicals that are flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, etc., which cause harm and damage to people (including biological), equipment, and the
environment are called dangerous chemicals.
Hazardous chemicals are called different names in different occasions. For example, they are collectively referred to as chemical products in production,
operation, and use. Generally, they are not only called dangerous chemicals. In the process of transportation, including railway transportation, road
transportation, water transportation, and air transportation, they are called dangerous goods.

The exporting operation is as follows when you ship hazardous cargo from China: 
The required documents should be provided by the shipper. After the planner collects, check whether the documents are complete, valid and true: 
The results of the identification of the use of dangerous goods packaging containers issued by the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau;The
performance inspection result list of dangerous goods packaging containers issued by the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau;Safety and fitness
declaration form;Technical instructions for packaging dangerous goods;Ships carrying dangerous goods declarations;
The following documents are provided by the carrier:
Mechanical ventilation;Certificate of fitness for dangerous goods;Temperature probe;Location map of dangerous goods loading. (forwarders can do it
themselves)
Firstly Provide export orders one week in advance:
The Chinese name, box type, dangerous goods grade (CLASS), UN dangerous goods code (UN NO.) are indicated on the receipt.
Second, provide relevant information for the declaration of goods four days in advance:

Third, stocking loading:
Confirmation
The operation of dangerous goods must be confirmed in advance, and not all warehouses can be connected; the shipowner should confirm that the transit port should also be confirmed; the higher the level of dangerous goods, the higher the freight rates.

When loading, there must be an inspection by the maritime bureau public security or fire protection and external management, and the business manager of the loading and unloading company should be supervised on site.

Shipping the hazardous goods by sea: the process of exporting dangerous goods, documents, packing process, and key points: 

First, the cargo owner will send the following documents to the freight forwarding company responsible for helping the shipment 10 working days in advance. 

booking form of the hazardous cargo.

Description: English and Chinese product name, chemical molecular formula, cargo type, dangerous goods class NO, UN NO, packing, special requirements, easy to reserve space and declare dangerous goods

The identification result list for the use of dangerous goods packaging;The technical specification for packaging dangerous goods;Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).

Second, provide the application materials, 7 working days in advance (non-imported barrels 4 working days in advance) to provide the original information of the declaration of the goods:

Third, the customs declaration must provide the original information of export declarations 3 days in advance:

Fourth, packing into the port, because the dangerous goods are directly loading on the side of the ship, so the supplier need to load the container 2-3days in advance.

There are two ways to pack:
The owner of the goods delivers the goods to the dangerous goods warehouse. The owner must deliver the goods to the dangerous goods warehouse designated by the freight forwarding company within 3 days before the ship departure.When packing at the factory, the cargo owner must prepare the goods in advance. After the goods are packed, they must be marked with a large risk mark around the container. If the loaded goods are shipping by sea freight, they need to be attached to the ocean. Contamination marks, while taking photos for evidence.

Fifth. The confirmation of the bill of lading will be provided to the consignor for confirmation two days before the ship is a departure.
