These documents ensure smooth customs clearance at destination. Additional permits may be required for special goods.

No, under-declaring is illegal and may lead to customs seizures. We follow legal declaration rules.

Yes, via sea freight (breakbulk) or air charter. We’ll recommend the best option based on size & urgency.

We handle customs clearance using your Amazon shipment details. Duties & taxes can be:

  • Prepaid (DDP – we pay for you)
  • Paid by receiver (DDU – you pay upon arrival)
  • Commercial invoice
  • Packing list
  • Bill of Lading (B/L) or Air Waybill (AWB)
  • Amazon FBA shipment ID (if applicable)
  • USA: 3-5 days (air), 15-30 days (sea), 18-25 days (rail)
  • Dubai: 4-7 days (air), 18-25 days (sea)
  • Kenya: 5-9 days (air), 25-35 days (sea)
  • Air freight: 1kg
  • Sea freight (LCL): 1 CBM (or 500kg)
  • Express (DHL/FedEx): 0.5kg
  • Rail freight: 1 CBM

Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, Alipay, or WeChat Pay. Full payment is required before shipment (or 50% deposit for large orders).
