From December 10 to 12, Winsail Logistics’ CEO Kofi participated in a logistics inspection and exchange tour organized by the Shenzhen International Freight Forwarders Association (SIFFA) in Hunan Province, focusing on China–Europe Railway Express resources and inland multimodal logistics cooperation.

During the three-day visit, the delegation traveled to Changsha, Huaihua, and Zhuzhou, conducting on-site inspections of international land ports, railway logistics parks, bonded facilities, and port-related infrastructure. The tour aimed to gain first-hand insight into Hunan’s expanding role within China’s inland logistics network and its improving connectivity to European and Eurasian markets through diversified rail and multimodal channels.

As an important inland logistics province, Hunan has continued to strengthen its role in supporting international rail services, including China–Europe Railway Express routes. Changsha has been approved as a national-level China–Europe railway consolidation center, while Huaihua continues to develop as a rail–sea intermodal gateway, enhancing inland connectivity with Southeast Asia and other international markets.

As part of the visit, the delegation inspected inland logistics platforms such as Zhuzhou Inland Port, which plays an important role in supporting China–Africa trade corridors while also providing access to international rail services, including China–Europe routes. The port’s multimodal capabilities further enhance inland cargo consolidation and offer diversified routing options for international shippers.

During the exchanges, CEO Kofi engaged in discussions with local authorities, port operators, and logistics enterprises, focusing on practical cooperation models such as rail capacity integration, multimodal routing design, and international forwarding collaboration. With extensive experience in China–Europe rail and multimodal freight solutions, Winsail Logistics sees inland ports and railway hubs as increasingly critical components in building resilient and flexible global supply chains.

The inspection further strengthened communication between freight forwarders and inland logistics stakeholders, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation along China’s rail-based international corridors. Winsail Logistics will continue to explore strategic partnerships across key inland hubs, expanding its multimodal service network to better support global clients.
